An approachable way to experience the trails
Hybrid Heart was created to welcome experienced racers, first time trail runners and everyone in between.
You do not need previous trail racing experience to participate. The 5K can be walked, run or raced at your own pace. The 10K follows the same course for a second loop, making it easy to understand where you are going and what lies ahead.
The terrain is natural, so conditions may change with the weather. On race day, the route will be mowed where required, clearly marked with signs and kilometre flags, and supported by volunteers and course marshals.
If you watch the complete 5K preview, you have seen the entire route.
